can i set up gt 730 1gb ddr5 as Physx card on my Mobo?

I have a core 2 duo E7200
4GB DDR3 1333Mhz
and a GT730 1gb ddr5
PSU- Corsair VS450

i am planning to buy a gtx 750ti in summers nex year

My mobo- Asrock G41 M VS3 R2.0
with 1 x PCI Express x16 & slot
- 1 x PCI slot

can i use my GT730 as a physx card along with GTX 750ti ?

You cant, that board only has one x16 pcie slot and a legacy slot,,
