Can I set voltage on my cpu?

Hi guys i would like to ask if I could adjust the voltage of my cpu ? because my cpu, which is i7-7700 (locked), has a default voltage of 1.35. because of this, it makes my temp i bit high...my voltage configuration in the bios are all set to default which is auto...i want to know if i could set the voltage to 1.2 or lower? to make my temp lower also...is it possible?

CPU = i7-7700 (NON K)
Mobo = Asrock Fatal1ty B250 Gaming K4

PS: all cpu and voltage config in the bios are set to default

Yes, i have never had locked CPU, but i believe you can change voltage anyway. So go to Bios find voltage set it to manual, start right from 1.200v. If it stable go down by 0.010v if not increase by 0.010v. Once you find stable manual you can use adaptive.
But i never seen people doing it having locked cpu, why do u even bother? What is the temperature on load?
