Can I setup Dual monitors and....

Hey guys, I am a 12 year old PC gamer, Hoping to build my pc very soon.
I was wondering if I could use 2 screens?
I am using:
AMD Phenom 2 x4 965 Black Edition - 3.4Ghz
AMD Radeon 2gb 7750
22" LCD TV Screen
14-15" Computer Monitor

Also, Can I toggle which screen is my primary and secondary monitor, Like Having the LCD as a primary and switching the primary to the 14"?
