Hmmm, it’s tough considering you’re already going pretty low, but you can get a white certified PSU considering there’s only a about a 2-5 percent efficiency difference between, and a white certified PSU has never failed me when I was using a budget build. You could probably find better deals on the mother board.

I would leave off that NVMe until such time as you can get a larger one.
120GB is next to useless in size.

Depends on what you are doing but my recommendation is that you get rid of the hdd, and then get https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9wyV3C/hp-ex900-250gb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-2yy43aaabc
instead.

ADD 512GB Intel 660p - £10 less
or
ADD 1TB Intel 660p - £20 more overall
