Can I create a copy of my recovery USB by simply copying the contents to another USB? I don't like to have all my eggs in one basket. I'm wondering if I need to do it through the command line or some such.

I'm already operating under the assumption that the new USB would have to be formatted as FAT32.

Solution
It would be preferable to use the "Create a recovery drive" interface in Windows 10 to build another recovery drive. If this is not satisfactory, you may use third-party software such as ImageUSB (http://www.osforensics.com/tools/write-usb-images.html) to create an image of your recovery drive, and apply it to another USB drive.
