Question Can I skip bios updates?

Hello everyone,

I have H87M-Pro motherboard and was wondering If I have to install all the bios updates in order or can I just skip to the latest version?

Do not flash your bios on speculation.
Only do so to fix a problem that is impacting you.
A failed flash can render your motherboard useless or facing a nasty recovery.

Many motherboard manufacturers will specifically tell you not to do BIOS updates without a specific need or issue.
As your look through the listing of the available updates there will be a "notes" section or perhaps a header mentioning what will sometime be referred to as a Bridge Bios that needs to be installed before progressing higher.
