No, the H87 chipset does not support SLI.

Nor should you run Crossfire on it either.

from the specs it says it supports only crossfire, but i don't see why sli wouldn't work.

edit: and apparently only Z87 does sli. i guess you live and learn, i didn't know this.

For SLI to work you need 2 PCI-e port capable of running at x8 at the same time.

The Z87 chipset is the only chipset that allow this.

Even Crossfire should NOT be done with a x4 port even if the board technically says it is supported, you should not do it.

Read closely Carguy2112, before you make bad recommendations.
