Yes you can SLI them, but it comes with a trade-off. Not being the same brand isn't a big deal, but differences in clock speed and VRAM make a difference. The more powerful GTX 770 put into SLI with a weaker one will match its clock speed and VRAM to the weaker one. So for example, if your Super-Clocked is let's say, 1.15 GHz and your regular one is, let's say 900 MHz (I don't know the actual clock speeds, this is just an example) then the super-clocked GTX 770 will then reduce its clock to 900 MHz as well. Similarly, let's say your super-clocked has 4 GB of VRAM and your regular has 2 GB of VRAM, both will act like they have 2 GB of VRAM for a combined total of 2 GB of VRAM between the two of them.
