there is the link to the motherboard i have,

i am interested in getting another gpu, but i see the the other pci 2.0 slot runs in x4
will i be able to run another gtx 460 in sli even if its running in x4?

No that is an AMD chipset board and would only do Crossfire not Sli. You need Nvidia chipsets on AMD boards to do SLI.

No you just have to look for one that says SLI.
