Can i SLI This?

This is my current rig:

GTX 770 MSI Afterburner
AMD FX 8320
Corsair Vengeance 8gb RAM
Corsair 650W PSU

Can i add a gtx 780 to go WITH the 770?
I understand i may need to upgrade my PSU

No, you can only SLI cards with the same GPU on them, ie 2x770, 2x780, etc.
The manufacturer can be different, that's no problem.
Also, if one of the cards is overclocked or has more VRAM than the other then both cards will run at the lowest common denominator.

No , your power supply is way too light in terms of power.

I suggest a good reliable 800w - 850w with the proper 12v amps and power connections.

The Corsair PSU can't SLI either card , but will run a single.
