Question Can I somehow connect a Nacon Asymmetric Wireless Controller with missing dongle to a PC ?

I have a Nacon Asymmetric Wireless Controller without its dongle, and i was wondering if i could somehow use it on PC, any help would be welcome.

How do i find out if it can be connected with a cable? I tried one cable but its just charging, perhaps cable doesnt have data transfer?

From the user manual, it looks like that cable is for charging only.
You NEED the dongle to use it.
