Question Can I split the USB3 header on a TUF Gaming X570-Plus to feed a USB and USB3 port ?

I have a new Corsair 4000D Airflow case and I have moved an x570-plus Motherboard into it. The new case has both a USB-3 port and a USB-C port in the Front Panel, but the Motherboard has only 1 USB-3 Header. If I was to buy a Splitter cable and run the USB-3 cable to one of the outputs and plugged a LinkUp USB-C adapter into the other, would this work ?

I think what you're looking for is a USB 3.1 header to connect the cable from the case front panel USB Type C port.

An adapter card like this may be closer to what you're looking for:
