Can I still factory reset my pc after deleting all restore points?

I wanted to save hdd space so I deleted all restore points. And I am wondering if I can still factory reset my pc. Thanks

restore points are for system restore, they have nothing to do with reset. Reset uses an image file which you cannot delete.

System restore just rolls back system settings, whereas reset reinstalls win 10 entirely.
If you do a system restore you don't have to reinstall applications again, if you do a reset, it deletes everything
