Can I Still Get Windows 10 For Free?

So I've got windows 10 home right now and I'm getting a new build soon so I'm going to buy Windows 7 professional so I can then upgrade it to windows 10 will that Work,

Yes it will work for free until July 29th 2016.

Yes it will. However your better off buying windows 10 pro so you can use it if you ever need to upgrade your PC.
