Can I still Oc help please

So I've bought some new bits for my PC I have everything but my gpu can I still go ahead an oc without it and still get the same results then just put my gpu in when it comes

Yes you do not need your GPU to be able to overclock your PC, the built in graphics of the motherboard will be fine for that.
