Can I stop a driver mid instal?

The install bar hasn't moved for about 30min on the new Nvidia driver. Is there a way I can safely cancel the installation?

How do I do that? I can't seem to find a way short of stopping the process in task manager. I'm installing through Geforce Experience.

yep,use task manager.there are many reasons for a failed or hanging install but bottom line if the cancel button doesnt work its a hanging install and i use task manager to exit them.

Thanks heaps. It worked without issues. Anyone with the same issue, just do a clean install afterwards
