Can I store a game in 2 DVD's???

My friend has revebtly downloaded Assassins creed rogue and it is 5.22gb. A DVD holds 4.7GB. There are many files as follows:-
autorun.inf-73bytes
Data1.bin-3.1GB
Data2.bin-1.32GB
Data3.bin-779.46MB
Data4.bin-14.27MB
icon.ico-549.53KB
setup.exe-2.29MB


So can he put Data1.bin and Data2.bin in one DVD and the other files in another DVD?? And will the game work after that??
