Can i stream 1080p 60fps

Im thinking to getting ryzen 7 1700 and 1060 3gb can i stream 1080p 60fps like rainbows 6 siege

With ease.

On my PC (check my signature), I get more than 75 FPS all the time on Siege. Even when I am recording via Shadowplay or streaming to Twitch. If you have a decent Internet connection with low pings, you can play online and stream at the same time with that kind of hardware.
