Question Can I Stream Games with this configuration?

Hello,
I was wondering is it possible to have solid streaming quality 1280x720 output resolution with this rig?

i7 2600k
16GB RAM
MSI 760 mini gpu
ASUS Sabertooth p67 Motherboard

And how big difference would be upgrading this gpu with GeForce GTX1050Ti Zotac Mini 4GB DDR5, HDMI/DVI/DP128bit, ZT-P10510A-10L?

Getting a 1050 ti to replace that 760 would be a waste of money. You may see like a 10 FPS difference which doesn't justify the cost. For around that price I'd get the RX 570 or RX 580 as it would be a much better upgrade as long as your PSU is good enough.

As for streaming it depends on the games your going to stream and you internet if it can handle it. With the 8 threads on the 2600K it should probably be ok, try it out with a program such as OBS and see how well the stream comes through with a phone or tablet.
