and what should my video settings be on the game and on stream, should i stream on 720p or 1080p

yes you can, 720p should get you better fps, 1080p could be fine.

Yeah you should be good to go! However, you're going to need to play with the settings till you get the right configuration. I would personally say game at your preferred settings and 720p, but if you're more worried about the steam quality, of course, play at a lower setting and stream at 1080
