Can i stream with this?

Hey everyone my budget didnt turn out the way i wanted so im stuck with 8gb ram a gtx 650 ti 2gb gddr5 superclocked edition and a i7 3770k with a Silver Arrow cpu cooler. What i want to know is can i stream with this build? i plan on only streaming at 480p and i will plan on streaming minecraft, Starcraft2, LoL, and thats mostly it. So i guess my main question will i be able to stream these games with this build on very high/ultra with at least 40-60 fps till i get my GTX 670? Also i plan on overclocking my cpu to get a little more power out of it. Thanks for helping!

It should be enough to play at 1080p when streaming at 480p... SC2 is the most demanding here and a 650ti is capable or running it maxed out...

ok and if i amy with the cpu cooler i have would i be able to overclock to atleast 4.0 ghz or more? if so how high could i go?

it really depends, so many factors (including luck).
if you want to target something, say 4.3 or 4.5, try it. if you want to see you max oc, that is also an option.
