Can I swap an e8400 for q9550 in optiplex 780 sff?

They are pretty cheap now and looking for slight boost. PSU is slightly ah heck than stock because I needed to replace it.

Yeah saw that. Just worried about heat in such a small form factor and PSU. It has a 3450 and sound card in there as well. Of course pc is old anyway so it won't last much longer anyway most likely
