can i swap Cooling solutions?

Hello everyone, I have this card:

which I'm using right now as I type this

and I wanna use this card's cooling solution:

My obvious and dumb question is can I take the cooling solution from the sapphire 6770 and put it on the Asus 7770 because the Asus 7770 has a standard heatsink and isn't that great for overclocking however the Sapphire 6770 is great at overclocking this is why i want to switch the cooling solutions.

any advice or input is much appreciated thank you

it does not look very compatible, however If it fits physically on the asus GPU, I mean screews distance,etc.., then go ahead.
The only way to be sure, would be testing it.
