thanks i had no clue apu's were for amd only. i know intel and amd are incompatible
my 1.2GHz is just horrific, its an intel celeron 220 c PBGA479 socket.

As others have stated, no.
Additionally, anytime you see the letter "BGA" in the socket type you will not be able to upgrade the CPU. BGA basically means the CPU is soldered into the motherboard. So if you want to upgrade your micro-ITX computer you are going to have to replace both the CPU and the motherboard.
