Can I swap Samsung 750 EVO 250GB for OCZ Vertex 2 120GB in my PC?

My win7 PC operating system is on a Vertex2 120GB SSD. Can I easily swap the OS to a 250GB (e.g. Samsung 750 EVO) SSD, i.e., copy former to latter and physically install later in former's slot?

If you want to change os to samsung evo you need to clone it. Macrium is a good software: http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx

Yeah it's fairly easy. You can use Reflect Free from Macrium to clone your current drive to the bigger Samsung one. Considering the size of the SSDs and the speeds, this should be a fairly quick operation as well.
