Can i switch the dell inspiron 660s case with a normal pc case please guys tell me

I thought of buying a new graphics card and it size is bigger than the inspiron660s case. So guys plz tell me that can i the my case with new one.

Having had a number of Dells, I'm going to guess that the motherboard will not have standard mounting points, nor standard power connectors, and the supply rails on a standard power supply will not be "happy" connected to the Dell motherboard. the Dell PSU'w will not have standard mountings either- again, unless they're buying more standard parts. You would also probably need a new CPU cooling arrangement if the CPU fan is running in a shroud, but it might work if it's MB -mounted.

Again this is a supposition, as Dell might have standardized more recently.

Switch cases anyway is quite a lot of trouble even with all standardized parts. The upgrade will probably be easier all around selling the current system intact - perhaps keep a special drive- and buying another system with the appropriate form factor case. Also, if you sell the whole system, you'll realize some return value on the case, it's nearly a throw away item if empty.

The motherboard is not a standard size and will not work in anouther case.
