[SOLVED] Can I temporarily pair GT210/220 with Ryzen 3 3100?

I had ordered a Ryzen 3 3100 and an MSI B450M Mortar Max which comes with CoolerMaster MWE 550 and 2x4GB HyperX Fury due to urgency i had with my machine currently dying. They're arriving tomorrow but my problem is that I can't get a hand of a Ryzen 2200G or 3200G due to it being either out of stock or overpriced due to shortage in my country. I know 3100 doesnt come with Vega 8 Graphics and I am not sure if I can put a GT220 temporarily as this is the only thing I have for now. Planning to buy an RX 570 or equivalent after a month or two tho.

Aware of the huge age gap right here so just want to verify everything. Will only be used for Adobe Illustrator and some sketching software with slight Dota 2 and CS:GO gaming at low settings..

The card should work, I wouldnt even try to use it for anything other then general use as the 210 wasnt even a good card when it was release over a decade ago.

Thanks for the answer Richie! I have both G210 and GT220.. will stick the 220 one then.. Thanks for the answer! It's just for Adobe Illustrator since gaming on it looks literally garbage although playable. Had an urgency with my dying board for work.

i would look around on the used market for something like a GTX 1050ti, GTX 1060, RX 570 or XR580. Even something like a GTX 960 or 970 will be more powerful then the Ryzen 3200G

Exactly my plan. I will be buying a used rx 570 / 580 after a month or two Brand new ones are expensive AF, the 570's are almost $200 and are all out of stock while the preloved costs just half the price and are easy to get..
