Basically I want to test a bunch of fans before pulling the trigger on any of them in particular.
I have my PSU and mobo, but my CPU (3950x) isn't out yet.
I want to test the fans for their noise levels, how they look with RGB, etc. So I was planning to get a whole bunch (Noctua a12x25, Corsair ML 120 Pro RGB, Corsair ML 120 Pro, Corsair LL 120 RGB, Noiseblocker NB-eLoop Series B12-PS, Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM, Noctua NF-F12 PWM chromax.Black.swap, etc) plus a Phantek Halo Lux to mix and match.
But not sure how I'd really go about testing everything without a fully functioning PC/motherboard/etc.
What are my options?
