Can I test Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 card in my eMachines EL1352G-41w PC?

I just want to see if this card works and I only have my older eMachines desktop PC to test it on. I will keep the case open on the old emachines when I test it (it's a slimline.) It says it supports Low-profile cards due to the PSU (which I will address later on in this.) Long story short, I just recently built a new computer and computer beeps, but I'm getting no display on my monitor. I just recently had to Upgrade the Bios on the motherboard so that it would work together with my CPU and now the new PC beeps which is a good sign that the motherboard and CPU are working as they should, but no display. Keep in mind that I just got this GPU and I have no idea if it works to begin with. One of the fans on this GPU doesn't work. The card is a refurbished card and I assume that the previous owner may have overclocked and messed it up somehow and now it won't work any longer. I have an EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply from the new computer and I was going to use the plug in cables from that to plug into the card just to test it on eMachines older PC. Is it ok if I just use those two power cables from that PSU to test the GPU on my older pc? Keep in mind that all the other parts on my older eMachines will still be connected to my 220 watt power supply. So can I test this card out by doing that on my older eMachines?Thank you for any help.

Solution
1) I'm not sure.
The GTX560 might work without a PCIe connector if you don't run anything demanding.

I know you have PCIe adapters but I wouldn't recommend that as it might try drawing power from the PSU which isn't rated for it. Your 220W will provide 75W via the 24-pin main connector but if you add the PCIe adapter it might try drawing power through a different part of the PSU which isn't designed to handle it.

So I strongly advise against trying as it could damage your 220W PSU.

The card will have enough power via the main for basic use, however I'm unsure if the GTX560 will say "I have no PCIe connector so I refuse to work". I think it's likely to work though.

2) CPU GPU?
Do you have an Intel CPU that has an iGPU inside? If so...

Other:
A PSU does not have the ability or inability to "support Low-profile cards". The PSU only factors in if your card requires certain 6/8-pin connectors.

There are low-profile cards that require a 6-pin connector and ones that don't. So your PSU doesn't support "low-profile" it simply supports "low power" cards with no additional power required beyond the 75W through the motherboard (from 24-pin main cable).

Solution

The new computer has a CPU that requires a GPU to work. It's not integrated and so it won't display anything on screen. I'm thinking that the issue might be from where I had to upgrade the Bios version (due to CPU requirement) and now I need to take the GTX 560 back out, reset the CMOS, then put the GTX 560 back in and then maybe it'll work. This computer has never worked yet keep in mind because I had to upgrade the Bios just to get a beep and I've never had a display. I'm not sure if I want to reset the CMOS just yet because I'm afraid it'll mess something else up lol So can I just plug the card in the slot on the eMachines without the two power source cords plugged in and it may show that it's connected and working at least? I have CPU-Z to check to see if the new card shows up. Thanks in advance.
