can i transfer mp3 songs from a cheap android to a sansa mp3 player with usb cable don't have a computer or flash drive have had sansa since 2007 recently found it want music can you please explain how to transfer music

Yes you can do that but only under one condition ie if your android device supports USB OTG.....then you can connect your MP3 player as a usb device and try to transfer. Hope this helps
