You can only TRANSFER it, as in deleting the OS from your previous computer and installing on the new one. You can't duplicate it.

Note that most of the time it's offered as an upgrade, so if your original license was Windows Home or Pro OEM, you will not be able to use the Edu upgrade because you can't transfer the base OS.

i just download the windows 10 education in dreamspark because it is free from my school and my previous os is windows 7 ultimate

You must delete everything from your prior computer and transfer BOTH Win 10 Edu and 7 ultimate. There are no other options, the readme/EULA is pretty clear about that.
