Can I transfer the guts of my PC to a better case?

I own a Dell Inspiron 531 that still has plenty of life to it. But the case is cramped and expandability is limited. Can I transfer the contents of the 531 to a better case? I'm considering the Thermalake V3 Mid-Tower? I believe that the mobo in the 531 is an ATX.

The Dell uses a micro ATX motherboard which should fit in just about every case made nowerdays. Just make sure it says mATX or Micro ATX in the support specs

Thanks. I plan to use the new case to house a PC I'm expecting to build myself next year. The "transplant" will give me the experience I need to undertake the project.
