Can I transfer Windows 10

I am building a custom PC desktop, I currently have one of those alienware alpha console/pc it has windows 10 on it. Can I transfer windows 10 from that console to my new custom built pc so I do not have to repurchase windows 10?

damn... lol So Win 10 is specific to that registered console I am assuming..

Correct. It cannot be transferred and is tied to that console/unit.
