It says that I can run CSGO at high settings, when other people say that i can and should get a dedicated GPU. My specs of my PC that I'm building are :

CPU: AMD A6-7400K 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus A78M-A Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Case: Cooler Master USP-100
Monitor: Some used Asus 19" widescreen monitor. That all I think you need to know about my computer

Solution
High settings?
Maybe at like 30-45 FPS, but most CSGO players want (and need) higher FPS.
You can definitely play it on low pretty well with that.

Just don't have high expectations of a $300 cheapest thing you can afford.
