can i trust game debate

hey,
so i recently found this game called gloria victis i found it really cool and wanted to buy it but before wanted to make sure my laptop can run the game so i checked can you run it, it said that i cannot run it while game debate said i can run it on high , so i wasnt sure which one to believe
these are my laptops specs
cpu: i5 5th gen 2.2 ghz
gpu:nvidia geforce 940m 2gb
ram:8gb
