Can i trust to buy used graphics cards ????

Solution
If the buyer is reputable, yes it is safe.

In my personal opinion, anything more then 200 used, is better to be bought new. Just a personal thing on reliability.
I've never purchased a used GPU... however I've sold a few.

People buy them and leave positive feedback, so they're happy.

I personally wouldn't do this for a few reasons:
1. You don't know how they handle the card.
2. Could be damaged but still functions properly. For example, a bad fan.
3. Could have overclocked the card with massive voltage increase, which could damage the gpu.
4. BIGGEST OF ALL - MOST COMPANIES I KNOW OF DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY.

With that said, I'd contact eBay or whatever site you are buying from to ask. Maybe Square Trade would work for you too? I'm not sure.

Depends on what you are buying. If it is a recent product you can save a little bit buying used. If you are trying to SLI or Crossfire something you already have, used is sometimes your only option.

Try to stick with sellers that are regional to avoid high shipping costs (and to avoid language specific card issues)

Generally you will want to see a physical marker, such as a piece of paper with the ebay user name in one of the photos. Images of the card plugged in and working is always a plus. If they have the original box they probably intended to resell (Many people do this periodically so they always have the latest)

If they don't state it, ask them their reason for selling. Ask about overclocking as well.

Only if you can get a bonafide warranty. You can do this @newegg. They will have open box and refurbished.then if you want you can buy a replacement warranty. That way you protect yourself. If an Ebay seller is a known company and they will do this
then go for it.

Good points. I agree. The box thing isn't always the best way to gauge this. Like I said I've sold a few, but usually use the new box to ship the old card.
