I have a Lenovo laptop which is broken, I was scavenging its part and was wondering what I can do with its internal speaker.
Can I turn it into a USB powered speaker for other projects?

Beside obvious question "Why-oh-why" yes you can but need to get an USB sound card and an amplifier.

Considering a even a low end speaker would sound better than the laptop ones, re-using the laptop speakers and buying parts to convert them for use with something else would not very productive.
