Can I turn an extra VGA Input on computer monitor into USB hub?

Basically, I have an extra VGA input on my monitor that I am not using or will ever use and was wondering if there was any way i could turn that into a USB hub/extra USB port or if there were any adapters that are out there that do the same thing. Any answers are appreciated
