Can I turn on a PC with no RAM?

I am nearly completed my build, and even though I'll get RAM tomorrow, all other things are placed, and I'd like to turn it on now, just to test monitors and see if I did things right.

Any risk if damage with no RAM?

No, you need to have RAM to boot.

first time in my life that a parcel from that... Amazo(i)ng online shops gets a delay because.. they wrote my address incorrectly, yes the same address uses for tens of orders till now. And because it happened on Friday, they couldn't/didn't want to contact courier on Satursay, nor on Monday morning.. they did it only today AFTER receiving my THIRD mail on the subject.
So it goes from Friday to Tuesday, ayeha..
