Can I turn on computer without ram?

I just finished my first computer build. I am super curious if it all works together, but I never got my ram that said it was already delivered to my house but never came up, (Thanks to usps and their crappy service). I was wondering if I could plug my computer in and turn it on to see if the fans work and everything. I know the screen wont display but im just wondering if everything will power. Also what should I do since my ram said it was delivered through tracking number to me but never came?

If you ordered it through newegg or amazon, just call them(or chat live) and tell them it wasn't delivered. You can always dispute the charge on the credit card so they will send a replacement. Just chalk it up to the USPS and don't take any excuses(they might ask you to check with your neighbors). They'll pretty much just ask if you're sure, and if you are there won't be an issue.

Make sure you check you deck, porch, small places, etc.. I had a keyboard come and the mailman hid it behind some boxes T_T for like 2 days
