ihv a p4 2gb ram and 512graphic card, i intend to use autocad suite 2012 and want to upgrade to 4gb ram and 1gb graphics card is that possible /

You didn't give enough info to know if you can upgrade your memory or not. If you know your computer/motherboard model number then a 1 minute or less Google search should give you the answer anyway.

Also, the amount of RAM on a video card is not going to tell you it's performance. a Radeon 6950 with 1GB of RAM will be much better than a Radeon 5450 with 2GB of RAM.
