I accidentally downloaded the wrong Windows version and am now stuck on the ethernet connection page. I can't exit or go back and have tried to turn the pc off and remove the USB. Is there a way to switch to a different version or to uninstall it without having to move my PC to an ethernet cable?

Please give us a detailed list of what you started with, and what you did.
Along with your actual parts list.

You can't "uninstall" a Windows OS. You can probably do a full wipe and reinstall.

I downloaded the Windows 11 installation media onto a flash drive/usb and plugged it into my pc. I didn't activate Windows and selected the first Windows 11 Home option and then put in language and country and now I'm on the ethernet connection step.

This is my pc:
CPU: Ryzen AMD 5 7600x
Cooler: NZXT Kraken 360
Motherboard: MSI B650 EDGE wifi ATX
SSD: Corsair Force MP600 CORE XT SSD 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2
Ram: Corsair Vengance RGB DDR5-5600 32GB CL40 Dual Channel
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce RTX 4060
SSD: Samsung 870 EVO SSD 1TB 2.5'' SATA 600
PSU: Corsair RM750
Case: NZXT H9 Elite

Can I do the full wipe and reinstall from the ethernet step?

Is your system connected to a working ethernet port?
