Can I Unistall/Reinstall skyrim with out deleting my mods?

So I went too far with modding installed 144+ mods and now my Skyrim crashes... I don't know what made me add 144+ mods... and I have no idea wich mod causes problem, also ENB is pretty messed up, I'll cut to the case: I want to unistall and then reinstall my skyrim with out deleting mods and keeping them so I will pick and install the best ones with out downloading them again, is it possible to do this and if it is, How?? P.C I'm using Nexus mod manager (and I'm not using Steam)

just move the mods into a folder wich you make then delete skyrim then reinstall then put the mods in Skyrims mod folder

what do you mean not using steam? I thought it required.

It's not that easy, you can't just pick mods... there is no specific folder for them

And this is why I hate NMM...mess something up once and you can pretty much consider to wipe Skyrim completely and restart.
I haven't used it in a while, so I don't know if it suddenly got smarter, but if it stayed as I knew it the main issue is that it doesn't keep track of which mod owns which file and just crams everything into the Data folder.

If you're not using Steam tho, I can only imagine you got a pirated version, so I'm afraid I can't answer properly...

if your using nexus as mod manager. its just a matter of clicking from inside the nexus program. 5 minute job. nexus stores the mods in their own little folder on the c' drive
