Can i update my bios with i5 7th gen cpu using Q flash method??MoBo is G1 sniper B7

Hey guys..I recently bought a G1 sniper B7 MoBo (supports only up-to 6th gen until bios update) and I5 7th gen. Can I use my 7th gen CPU to do Q flash method to update my bios or do I need to use a 6th gen CPU for it??

look for the bios rev sticker on the mb see if it f20. if you cant find it contact the mb maker they may be able to tell you by serial number what bios rev is on the mb.
