Can i update my motherboard (DH61HO) and how?

Can i updatey motherboard (DH61HO) and how?
Because i hear that motherboard support up generation processors after bios update.

For example my current motherboard only support 3rd gen processors and after a bios update is am eligible to use 4th gen processors.
And please tell me how to update bios of my motherboard because i am planning to install a gtx750ti and i read in a thread that i need to update bios of this particular motherboard (my motherboard DH61HO) to use this gpu.
Is it true or false?

No. 3rd gen cpus is max it can support.
With initial BIOS version it supported 2nd generation cpus only.

BIOS VERSION: HOH6110H.86A.0011.2012.0530.1036

Generally you update BIOS only, if there is some issue and BIOS update supposedly fixes it.
If everything is working fine, then there's no need to update.

Ok well my bios are running all okay ,i thinking to update it because i thought that by updating bios there is some advance and options available.

I never updated any bios before so thats also a reason i want to learn how to update

There is a risk when updating the Bios. Generally you don't update the bios unless there is an issue that you are experiencing, and that issue is addressed with the bios update.

If you want to learn, then sure - go ahead.
Be warned though, if BIOS update is not done properly or power gets interrupted during the process, you will brick your motherboard.
Then you'll have to get a new motherboard, because failed BIOS update usually is not user repairable at home.

Usually - several minutes.
This depends on size of BIOS update. For example - UEFI BIOS updates usually are larger in size and require a bit more time than legacy BIOS updates.
