Still needs a motherboard name to properly direct you to the correct information. If you built this do you still have the motherboard box?

If not, then consider downloading Speccy which can read the motherboard model for you.

so you have a raven and bios said not recommend for Raven.
Can you install? yes. Will it brick your mobo, possible

damn i just need to update my bios so my cpu base speed(ghz) can be maximize... everytime I turn on my pc.. my ghz will stuck to 0.53ghz.. but i have 3.50 ghz max. they said.. only by updating your bios can fix that. but thanks...

Likelihood is something else is causing the low clockspeed issue rather than a pure BIOS issue. Some setting in Windows perhaps, or performance settings governing power usage. Can't remember what the solution for those are though from the top of my head.
