[SOLVED] Can I update Tomahawk b450 BIOS without CPU?

I read on this newegg website it says it has some type of way to update BIOS without a CPU (I cant update with the Ryzen 5 3600). Can I actually update the BIOS without a 2nd gen CPU? If so is there any risks? Has anyone done it?

It's all in here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-TOMAHAWK/Specification get a manual for it but it looks like it can because there's a "Flash BIOS Button" at the back.
