I'm on a tight budget & I was wondering if I could upgrade pieces of this prebuilt Lenovo to fit gaming. I'm not a BIG gamer, I don't play many high demanding games. I play League of Legends & Minecraft, I'd like to run these games smoothly.

I understand that I won't be able to upgrade everything on this computer but what parts can I so I can get better fps & what not.

I also want to get a different case if possible since the cooling/fan system for my Lenovo isn't great (one fan).

So. I wouldn't bother with going with a new case, it would be a lot of effort and you'll run into major compatibility problems.

First thing, you don't have any GPU at all, but you have room for one.
Slot 1: half-length, full-height, PCIe x16 (Version 2.0, 75w max)
This basically leaves you with the option of getting a 750ti, MAYBE a GTX 950.

Your PSU isn't going to be able to keep up with much a GPU, and since it is a small form factor, finding a replacement PSU isn't going to be easy.

16GB max, PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3, two 240-pin DIMM sockets
If you only have one ram slot taken you could do a second 8GB Stick, if you have 2x 4GB sticks there is no point in this upgrade.

A 750ti would improve performance a bit, but not a ton...

Alright so I downloaded the program you recommended and I got the following.

Thank you so much for all your help, I really appreciate it! I could find links to everything except the GPU (PCIe x16)

You are aware that link takes you to a laptop and not a desktop right?

One of my good buddies in real life suggested that I add a graphics card on to this. He suggested the Radeon R7. What do you guys think? Is it compatible with what I have right now.
