can i upgrade core 2 duo e4400 to core 2 duo quard Q8200

I am looking for my old cpu upgrade to core 2 duo quard Q8200. Can upgrade it or not?
however i already have a new pc with i5 processor and gtx 730.
can you help me for my old pc???????????

Go to the motherboard manufacturer's site and check CPU support; if it's on the list, then it's supported.
