Can I upgrade from Core 2 Duo to Core 2 Quad ??

i'm thinking about upgrading my CPU from C2D E7500 to C2Q Q9400 PC is HP 8000 Elite CMT, will stock cooler be ok my PSU is stock too 320W, GPU AMD HD8490 1GB, RAM 6GB DDR3

It isn't listed at https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-compaq-8000-elite-small-form-factor-pc/4065894/document/c01926347#AbT3 However since the Q9550 and Q9650 are on the list; therefore the Q9400 may work. It also isn't listed at https://support.hp.com/vn-en/document/c01957868

Are your motherboard part number 536883-001 and your cooler part number 577795-001?
